Success -The ultimate method
I have got my idea for this ultimate method from two sources: “The Law of Attraction” and Improvement Pill’s video on ‘How to use your brain to accomplish anything’
Law Of Attraction
There is a book called the secret and it contains the concept of the “Law Of Attraction”. This a popular idea that has gained a lot of fame but has been doubted in terms of reliability. It is the belief that your thoughts attract people, situation and circumstances. For example, thinking about a Ferrari means that you will get a Ferrari eventually.
The law of attraction contains three steps:
- Ask -know what you want
- Believe -as if you already have it
- Achieve/receive -self-explanatory
Why is it sketchy?
This is as the law does not contain any actions that need to be taken specifically, hence whatever you are trying to use the law of attraction is simply just a wish. Plus, there is no scientific evidence backing this ‘law’ hence why not many people get results from this as they don't believe in the concept. This is one of the steps to get whatever you want in the law of attraction and without this vital step you won’t be able to go through with the process.
How to use your brain to accomplish anything?
I believe that this is a far better method for achieving what you want but still no the best. This also contains three steps:
- Believe your goal is achievable
- Feed your brain information
- Feed your brain daily

The Ultimate Method
- Know what you want. You need to be specific about this and without this, you cannot use any of the methods listed in this article. For example, I want to have the body of a bodybuilder(hypothetically). If this is what you want you need to be precise, imagine it because if you can’ t picture it in your head, then the next step will be difficult. Make sure you are passionate about this as if you are not then you won't be able to achieve it, you have to have that drive inside of you to be able to accomplish your goal/dream.
- Believe you can achieve it. There is a way to make you believe in yourself and your goals, both have the same basis. You need to set small goals and accomplish them, like a staircase you will be able to move up it. For this bodybuilder example, your first goal would be I want to lose a kilogram. It's small and accomplishable and you should be able to believe that you can do it. After that goal is completed, move on to the next one, it could be to increase your muscle mass by 2%. And so on. This will not only make you believe in your goal but it will also take you there, for even better results record these goals so that you will be able to track your goals and use your data to motivate you when you feel down.
- Feed your mind information. This means read articles, books, watch videos, etc. For the bodybuilder, he or she might read the book “Bigger, Leaner, Stronger” by Micheal Mathews to gain information on the topic to succeed in it and get some inspiration for workouts and diets. I do this by watching self- improvement videos and read books to give me some inspiration for my podcast and you can do it too. This bit should not even feel like work if you are passionate, it should be fun!
