Online Nikah Procedure
- It is necessary for Pakistani nationals to have a CNIC/NICOP.
- If you are a national of any other country besides Pakistan, Right Law Associates needs a copy of your passport.
- The bride and groom need fresh passport-size photos.
- The Haq Mehr Dower Amount needs to be provided.
- A special term or condition may apply.
Nothing else is required for a simple Islamic/Sharai Nikah.
- To obtain a proper Nikah Nama, the bride and groom must be at least 18 years of age at the time of marriage registration
- Divorce papers must be valid in case of divorce.
- The first wife’s permission is required if the groom is planning to marry a second time.
