I’m also curious to hear more about how you gained control of your thoughts. Its not easy to sustain awareness, and I believe what we chose to pay attention to, e. g. a tree or thoughts about the report we need to turn in at end of work, is a sign of personal values. Was it all a work of willpower for you, or did you have to actively change your general mindset about what was important? Thanks again for the article!
