Nice piece. While it may seem a simple thought, if they can really nail a genuine human interface where the tech supports, not drives the. interaction, they’ll win. Everyone else is asking what the tech can do and then finding ways to make that acceptable to people. They seem to asking what would make life better for people, then putting the tech under pressure to help them get there. That’s great.
