Solar System 101

What is a solar system ?

First, we will quickly and succinctly break down physics and astronomy.

Physics — study of atoms and electrons.

Astronomy — study of stars and planets.

Atoms and electrons are mini stars and planets, and stars and planets are giant atoms and electrons.

The only difference is size.

The movements, revolutions, orbits, laws & everything are all the same.

The earth would be an electron and the sun the nucleus.

Electrons orbit around a nucleus just like the earth and other planets orbit the sun. The solar system is a giant atom.

The solar system is a million times bigger than the earth. The ancestors spent many nights studying the skies — no tools are needed, so we know there is really no difference in the study of physics or astronomy.

The universe is made of countless solar systems and the earth is made of countless atoms.

The earth is a mini-universe. Stars are the atoms that make it up.
