That doesn’t sound like an infringement of Apple TOU, does it?

We were also concerned about this point, but found a couple of links that make us think there’s no problem about having the Mac OS in a VM (it seems that you can have the OS in 2 virtual machines or on 1 physical device).

I’m not really a licensing and law expert, so I’m sharing both links with you and hope they help more than I could :)
