Bootcamps like most things on life work for some and not for others. Same with employers some want bootcamp grads others want Masters degrees.

I think bootcamps are needed since their seems to a new framework and/or language every week that us going to the greatest thing since sliced bread (what was the greatest thing before sliced bread? Fire?).
