For me it’s CrossFit at 5:30 AM four days during the week and at 8 AM on Saturdays. This is how I start my days. After every workout I always tell myself, “The tough part is now over. I can now begin my day.”

I’m ready to tackle the issues of the day with a sense of tenacity. The best part is when people keep asking me why do I do this to myself. I respond back to them by asking, “Why aren’t you doing this to yourself?”
