The One Thing by Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan is another book that I enjoyed reading very much. One of the things that it talks about is how it takes people, on average, around two whole months to acquire a new habit and actually stick with it.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been sitting on the couch telling myself that I should be doing something productive rather than on Netflix. I do have a pretty decent routine in my life but I know I could be doing much more to improve that. Will try the 5 Second Rule and see how it goes.
