My name is Oksana Tsybka. I am COO of the OpenBiSea NFT Marketplace and I am happy to present our team today.

So, What is OpenBiSea NFT Marketplace?
It’s a simple, step-by-step guided solution to buy, sell and make auctions (smart contract based) for NFT. The main core smart contracts are built on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), polygon(exMATIC) and have an Ethereum bridge for NFT assets.

What makes OpenBiSea special in the blockchain ecosystem?
OpenBiSea:
Our main advantage — simple, easy to use mobile apps, where you can mint, share and sell NFTs.
We created this marketplace for NFT LOVERS and ARTISTs. Everything like in real life — fungible tokens — this is crypto currency.
NFT is more — this is a token which exists only in one copy and this is the piece of ART. For collectors this is the great opportunity to make their own collections and enjoy their own created NFT world.
It can be a good investment tool for those who are involved in investment activity.

How does OpenBiSea integrate Chainlink?
OpenBiSea:
Thanks a lot, it is a very interesting question. As you know, we issue token OBS to give additional value for sellers and buyers. Now 90% of total supply on smart contract (your can check yourself on our website)- and claim OBS based on smart contract code. Sylvarant:

Inside code, we are calculating a total sales, and depending on it, % for OBS pool to distribution. But our sales are in BNB and BUSD separately. So we need to calculate the total in USD before making a claim, inside a smart contract.
This is where Chainlinks oracles help a lot. We get total sales in BNB, multiply with BNB/USD exchange rate and have the final total amount in USD.

What is the way to participate in the auction program of #Openbisea? What are the requirements for individuals participating? How is the transparency of the auction process shown?
OpenBiSea:
No special requirements. We are open for everybody. You can easily follow our roadmap on the site to mint and auction your NFT. The main thing, you need to have your wallet to connect with the platform and after just create and auction!

Do you have a mobile wallet that is compatible with either Android or iOS which users can use to store their NFTs and access NFT marketplaces? Also, can user use it to mint their own unique NFTs and transfer them on-chain into marketplaces for other users to buy?

You can use the wallet that integrates in your device.
Any wallet is easily can be integrated

Are you working on any partnerships or marketing initiatives to help build awareness for your platform?
OpenBisea:
Yes, for sure we are looking all the time for Integrating and power of our project to build awareness for our platform. One of the best examples, of course, is the integration with Chainlink.
By integrating Chainlink’s industry-leading decentralized oracle network, OpenBiSea NFT Marketplace has access to high-quality, tamper-proof price feeds needed to use a BNB/BUSD and MATIC/USDT price to calculate total sales in USD, for claim OBS tokens. This will provide our users with strong assurances that they can trust the price feeds and keep their assets secure.
As for marketing initiatives we are the one of selected projects for The First Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Anniversary Event Binance Smart Chain (BSC) — DeFi Harvest Festival on BSC. And these are just a couple of examples from our day-to-day efforts.
However, as I’ve said before, we are always on the move if we spot some partnership that can benefit everyone such as the game field, for example, sport, etc.
To make our presentation even more impressive, just would like to share one collaboration with the Artist that has chosen us as a marketplace to present their works. We are in the process of a very interesting case.

Tremendous, working with Chainlink and Binance Smart Chain is definitely going to give your project a lot of exposure and build awareness within those communities.
I know you shared a link to your roadmap earlier, is there any specific upcoming product development in your roadmap that you would like to share with the community here today?
OpenBiSea:
Yes, we are working on some great surprises for our community. Could not tell in detail, as far as projects are under NDA now, just generally.
This year confirms that NFT space will stay with us forever. Market is still on a yearly stage, but we can say now that this market will be huge in the next 3–5 years.
This means that the secondary market will grow too and OpenBiSea aims to capture part of that market. Because we are designed to be decentralized, and 90% of OBS tokens are dedicated to sellers and buyers, very soon market players will use OpenBiSea.
For next 12 months our team are focused on two main directions:
1. Partnerships with licensed brands, art galleries, digital artists to create more and more drops
2. Clean user flow inside mobile apps to simplify the process for creating/selling NFT for non-crypto users.
3. Grow liquidity of OBS token
Couple deals have already been signed and will be announced soon, please watch for updates.

How do somebody pay for a NFT within the app ?

BNB/BUSD and credit card, which can be used to buy BNB/BUSD

So does the app connect to your wallet and pull your BNB/BUSD funds directly in for a transaction?

Even better — app can be a wallet, all in one place, alternatively, you can connect ur wallet

Ahh I see. So the app can function as a NFT market and has an integrated wallet (with unique seed presumably) to purchase directly from the app OR you can connect the app to your wallet of choice and the entire purchase is contained within the app?

Exactly, and even unlock ur wallet with seed phrase

OK wow, that is impressive. There’s a big player in this space launching their web/desktop app in the morning but they are nothing like this far along with a viable app.openbisea
