New Open Cap Table Coalition Members: 2021 Cohort
We are thrilled to announce that 27 companies from banks, equity management providers, and more are joining the Open Cap Table Coalition. After founding the coalition in July of this year and hosting our inaugural summit in October, the ten founding companies invited members of the ecosystem to join in an effort to diversify the perspectives and broaden the number of voices who are helping to spearhead the next era of capitalization data management.

Each of these 27 companies has agreed to the three Open Cap Table principles and are helping the coalition gear up to launch the first iteration of the Open Cap Table Format, an open-sourced cap table format that aims to prioritize companies’ changing needs and help the ecosystem become more efficient.
