OpenEX Community Announcement
Dear OpenEX Community Members,
Based on the current community voting results, OpenEX has developed the following launch plan to enhance community governance and transparency. We are also announcing some upcoming events and detailed plans:
Tokenomics Adjustments
• According to the community voting results, the following detailed adjustments have been made to the Tokenomics:
• Reallocated 2% of the total OEX supply from the team allocation to the liquidity support allocation.
• Provided a clearer and more detailed version of the release and unlocking schedule for other allocations.
• The specific plan PDF will be released soon, so please stay tuned for announcements.
Core Chain Super Fair Launch Event
We will be launching a Super Fair Launch event on Core Chain (CoreDAO). The main purpose of this event is to provide a token price reference for marketing and listing, rather than fundraising, so the event’s OEX total amount is relatively small (0.2%). The final distribution token price for the Fair Launch will be determined by (event OEX total amount/total participating token amount).
• Event Details:
• No whitelist restrictions, no soft cap or hard cap.
• Event start time: July 1st, 00:00 UTC
• Event end time: July 15th, 00:00 UTC
• Supported tokens: CORE, USDT, BOAT. The participation limits per address are:
• 5K CORE
• 5K USDT
• 5M BOAT
• Total 0.2% OEX allocation for the Fair Launch event will be distributed as follows:
• CORE participation: 15,000,000 OEX (0.15%)
• USDT participation: 3,000,000 OEX (0.03%)
• BOAT participation: 2,000,000 OEX (0.02%)
• Distribution Method:
• 50% of OEX will be claimed at TGE.
• The remaining 50% will be linearly unlocked over 6 months, with no cliff period.
Listing Plan
• According to community feedback, we will list OEX as soon as possible after the Fair Launch event ends.
• Prioritize listing on CEX, and supplement DEX liquidity once the price stabilizes.
• The initial listing is expected on 3 CEXs.
Airdrop Plan
• According to community feedback, unclaimed airdrop OEX will be burned after the airdrop distribution is completed.
• Token amounts for the airdrop will be confirmed on-chain after the Fair Launch ends.
• A new vote will be opened soon to gather opinions on handling the remaining OEX airdrop portion in the app.
