Dara, Nathan, this is compelling and important work. Until and unless we find ways to help create a space for and a sense of safety and value around the internal, personal work (radical openness and vulnerability, and deep feeling) our ability to become aware and make meaning is compromised. We have to play, practice and experiment in these spaces intentionally and regularly — and pay attention to the emergent knowledge generated.
