I enjoy the fact that the course is based on the group assignments where there is space to get to know those people better. I love listening to what is important to them: Why are they here? What are their challenges in relation to people-centric management? Which content and assignment are helping them in which way?
Can you express how that impacts your experience? When you are asked to create with individuals in a compressed time box, especially with virtual strangers, how does the listening impact the outcome and/or the project itself?
