thinking about this so much lately — especially in light of the shared-leadership experiment I am part of at Enspiral. a question I’ve been chewing on is this — although I absolutely believe that anyone can be a leader, is that fact still dependent on priviledge? In other words, what are the conditions necessary to go beyond invitation to support for those with a leadership impulse but perhaps lacking in the priviledge of position (either actual or metaphoric) to claim it?
