yes I like Dynamic Leadership! you are right about Teal — it’s so amorphous and in most cases an inaccurate description of our organisations anyway.

It also strikes me that the trigger of hierarchy/ranking also has something to do with our ongoing (yet to be fully explored) discourse around my discomfort with the concept of reputation/points so present in the current ideation of trusted/curated shared creation.
