Whether you’ve been remote for years or were forced to go remote as our world changed, our teams across the globe have changed forever. 1. Three Letters — Big Impact, DEI!

As Gen Z enters the workforce, there is a greater call for increased diversity. Today’s students want to join a firm that’s taking action to increase social impact and make the world a better place. By working with remote interns means theres a greater diverse talent pool therefore creating a diverse community while providing unique opportunities.

2. Access to Tools

With the right tools, which we have an abundance of these days, teams can meet as though they were in-office with great calls, productive sessions and project management, but best of all having the right tools builds the team culture and community. We use Campfire for regular gaming sessions too and as an alternative take to team meetings! Who knew you could still get a lot done while beating your colleague at Kart Racing.

3. Meaningful Projects

The trend for interns can be to somewhat provide filler work but we believe in everyone having the opportunity to gain real-world skills that make an impact. Our campaigns not only set student up for success, keep teams effective but also produce work that can be of value to teams!
