I did hear in one of the videos that you will be ceramic coating the turbo (and perhaps the exhaust). This should help dissipate the hot spots.
Main concern was the heat of the turbos and how it affects maintenance. These things will be glowing red at FL250! I wonder how much design consideration you can give to maintenance now, or are you looking to flight testing for that consideration.
The Cirrus turbos need to be inspected/rebuilt at 500 hours, and they have some major issues with pin holes in the exhaust, so the Cirrus guys are always keeping an eye on TiT. I suppose ceramic coating would help with this, but you i don’t think you can do that in a certified aircraft.
