Orderly was founded in 2008 to facilitate, as easily as possible, the deployment of an online sales channel for businesses: an ‘Easywebstore.’

Over the next two years Orderly grew rapidly, adding features to integrate into and support more complex supply chains with a focus on food and beverage enterprises.

In 2011, the Orderly product was launched — now the Orderly Order Management application — in partnership with a multinational retail provider of FMCG.

This service was launched under a new brand “EWS Digital”.

From there Orderly expanded rapidly to work with other companies and began to develop a suite of eCommerce, forecasting, inventory and site management applications.

The Orderly Forecast Management application — developed in 2014 to help a customer consolidate and manage promotional item forecast demand for a large licensed estate operating across many geographical markets — is now used to help businesses determine their demand and ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained across promotional lifecycles.

The Orderly Inventory application was deployed across a number of licensed restaurant chains in 2017. Orderly continues to enjoy great success rolling out this award-winning solution to restaurant chains around the globe — helping operators to focus on decreasing waste and increasing profit.

In 2019, Orderly worked with a customer to design a Site Management application which enables potential store locations to be evaluated and managed from enquiry to opening.

Today, Orderly’s applications are used throughout EMEA — in multiple languages — to support business-critical operations for a number of businesses operating large scale, time-sensitive and complex store development and supply chain operations.

In 2020 Orderly completed a full rebrand, fully harnessing their place and potential to help clients to harness and encourage sustainable responsibility throughout the supply chain.

The Future

Orderly’s future involves expanding the existing set of applications to support current and new customer requirements and to focus on sustainability and quality operations through insightful scorecard indicators.
