Dear Heidi, this is a very powerful statement! I urge you to make a medium post out of it (perhaps even expand it a bit) to be tagged on ‘safety’ regarding those we keep in our company. This is not something that many of us are constantly aware of, and before we know it we open ourselves to toxicity and continuous emotional and racist abuse (and even other types).

I definitely would have been open to reconciliation had they been willing to take responsibility, and I picked up some of the points in the list you made as some I’ve heard over the years.
