It’s one of those simple things that we don’t bother much to look at. I usually do it with a database administrator tool, sequel pro mostly.

But then when i deploy it to a server, i run around creating databases and assigning users to it etc etc. And every time i have to look up the MySQL documentation to figure out how the heck do i assign a user to a MySQL database.

I’ve done it a lot of time but never bothered to learn it properly.

Its definitely a good reference for one of those dark time.
