I should be writing. No, really, I should be writing, working on fic for Secret Santa Lewis and Yuletide and Small Fandoms Bang and oh yeah, my novel.

Funny, it’s the novel that I’ve been thinking of most. Rounding out the straight lines, thinking about culture, who makes it, who it affects, how it will be used.

I think about success, and how I’ve worked to become the best writer I can be, and how much a better writer I am now than I was before.

I am, finally, ready for publication.

Whether or not the world agrees with me is something else entirely…
