Could Russia Shoot Down an F-22 Stealth Fighter Over Syria?

Active radar homing is one way to address the lack of LF fire control, but I imagine future SAM with ARH might also use onboard AI to help identify and locate a target earlier than current ARH missiles, using a combination of HF radar, infrared and visible light, passive homing, and maybe even other EMR (radio, etc.).

Rather than a missile that can be countered with a couple simple measures (e.g., flares, jamming), this would be more akin to using LF radar to spot an incoming threat, then sending a fighter pilot out to the general vicinity, except this is a kamikaze pilot that flies at Mach 7.
