Wouldn’t it be awesome if YELP felt it imperative to respond — rather than simply dismissing Talia, and hoping it would transpire quietly.

That said, I find it odd that no one is discussing how what Talia wrote was as public as the damning reviews that Yelp is known for sharing with the world, and which do fledgling businesses and solopreneurs a world of damage.
