If you are a beginner with 1–2 years of work experience, than there will be a lot more advantages for you to work in the office, specifically in digital studio. There are a lot of different tasks in the studio. It is good for building an experience and always staying on trend. High competition in the market, requires to be on trend and studio is the best place for it. Plus every day you will learn something new.

If the financial side is more important, than office job, working on a single project for the company is the way to go. This job is well paid, but often you don’t learn anything new as you are usually working on the same thing over and over again. And to be on trend and always learning is very necessary part of our profession.

Freelance is for self-organized people. Absolutely unstable income, but gives complete freedom. It works very well if you have your own project manager or have good time management skills yourself. This way it can be for you. And you need a lot of work experience and high work speed to be able to do well on freelance.
