Oskar Kowalski is a serial entrepreneur with an extensive Business background gained while spending the last decade on Wall Street. During this period he’s created many successful startups by holding senior level positions. His 10 years of experience range from Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, along with Alternative Funding and Unsecured Capitalization.
The Polish-American Center of Psychotherapy, in Southern Poland, was Co-Founded by Mr. Kowlaski in 2010. He aided the idea come to fruition by attaining European Union grant funding and VC capital to secure construction financing. By providing the maximum level of care and becoming the first centre in Lesser Poland Voivodeship the centre has helped a lot of patients since beginning. In 2012 along Multi-Platinum recording Artist/Producer Sacario he Co-Founded the Quiet Ink Entertainment Corp.. Quiet Ink Entertainment Corp is a boutique media venture and has developed, produced and distributed to companies such as TruTv, MTV, Samsung and VH1 to name a few. By signing a distribution deal with Pison Contents Mr. Kowalski manged to secure music made by Quiet Ink to Samsung Korea, thus making Sacario one of the first American artists to have his music featured in Samsung’s advertisements in an Asian country. Being featured around the world Quiet Inks content has been in news outlets, magazines and television.
Whilst running a Fund of Funds (FOF) Oskar Kowalski serves as an advisor to companies from the MCA industry. He’s been instrumental in the facilitation of over 100+ million in capital funding since 2016, with a recent monthly pass through volume of 50+ million through his venture partnerships. Direct funding providers, private equity and institutional funds are within his scope of advisory roles.
Mr. Kowalski gained international notoriety being chosen as a Speaker for the “Transfers of Success” Pangea Foundation international business conference. However his highest valor came with the voting of his constituents as the 2013 Outstanding Young Pole Abroad Award recipient, given to him from the Teraz Polska Foundation and the President of the Republic of Poland. Being in media outlets around the globe Oskar Kowalski has been in newspapers, tv, radio and magazine publications.
He’s an avid philanthropist ranging from supporting the Blythedale Childrens Hospital, to Polish heritage issues and community for which he received the Appreciation Award from the Trade & Investment Section Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in 2017.
Mr. Kowalski is a part of the Pulaski Business Association, Pangea Network and the Kosciuszko Foundation.
Mr. Kowalski attended The second oldest private catholic institiution, Mount St. Mary’s University, in Emmitsburg Maryland. International Business was his major while minoring in Business and History. Mr. Kowalski is also a past university Division 1 soccer athlete.
