7.3b+ people, 3b+ on the Internet, etc.
Information is freely available globally anywhere, anytime — with a click of a button.
Isn’t it a bit naive to assume that all global technical talent resides in SF (The Valley)?
Especially when talking about engineers, developers, designers, SEO/SEM/SMM marketers, etc — who’s work is mostly digital and their most up to date knowledge comes from Internet (Google, StackOverflow, Github, Slack, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc)…
I believe that talent is available in any part of the world. The future working generations are basically born with smartphone in their hands (Y-Z+Generations / Millennials). Globalization is also playing a huge role here.
Talent isn’t limited to any geographical region in 2016.
