#30DaysWritingChallenge — Day 3: Top Three Pet Peeves
Something that a particular person finds especially annoying.
It’s a new phrase for me, so I hope my definition and usage of this phrase is a right one
- People smoking in a closed room
It is a closed room, as a human we are gifted with our logic and as you smoke in a closed room you should know how slow the air is circulating out of the room. You should think of the person beside you, what if he/she could not bear the smoke?. - People say they can’t do something when they didn’t even try
You have not even try to do it, why would you say you could not do it? Try it first and if you really can’t do it at first try, try it a couple time. Fear of trying is the fear to be more of who you are now. - Irrational remarks
“He must be lucky”, “She is so rich, I don’t dare to say a word to her”, etc. There are a lot of people saying irrational remarks that actually only a part of self-defense or even worse to show your negative side like envy and avarice. If someone is luck is because you did not see his effort to get a result, probably you are just jealous of him. If someone is rich you can not judge her to be arrogant, the chances are you just want to be like her and imagining yourself to be on the top of the world.
This writing is made in a haste and I would like to emphasize the facts that I am still a human and could done my own pet peeves and even do so towards other. This post is intended to remind everyone and myself that there are things we need to consider in our life before taking action or saying things.
