There Is a Moderate Republican in this Race, but She’s Running as a Democrat

Where would you put third parties and their candidates?

Green Party: Jill Stein

Libertarian Party: Marc Allan Feldman, Darryl W. Perry, Austin Petersen, John McAfee, Gary Johnson

The Green Party and Jill Stein are to the left of Bernie Sanders and the Democratic Party.

The five candidates and the Libertarian Party are harder to categorize due to being classical liberals, market liberals, libertarians, Individualists, etc who are hard to categorize on a left right single dimensions scale.

Back when Michael Bloomberg was potentially running as an Independent he was first polling at 10% and rose to 29%, so Gary Johnson just polled at 11% and may rise to 30% or more.

The major parties have factions in them, but I will only like the Libertarian factions and caucses within them.

Tony Brasunas what specific issues are you most into? Abortion? LGBT rights? Immigration? Drug legalization? Abolishing capital punishment? IRV as voting system reform? Non-interventionism aka peace centered foreign policy? The Libertarian Party supports all of the things I listed.

Politics1 is a site to keep track of all the campaigns and issues sites and party sites as well.

Also, I’m inviting people to become Libertarians and join the Libertarian Party rather than be either a major party of Indepdendent.

Both On The Issues and I Side With have quite you can take to compare and contrast your positions with candidates and parties as well a compare them by how much they agree and disagree.
