Introducing Ourglass

We are excited to introduce Ourglass, an app that lets you photo-journal the everyday with those you love! Ourglass is currently available in the Apple App Store. We can’t wait for you to start photo-journaling and connecting with your family and best friends!

At Ourglass, we set out to create a new way for you to connect with the people you love. Focusing on this inner circle was important to us because we wanted to make a space for you to share everyday events — not just major life events. You wouldn’t want to share your everyday events with your entire social network, but sharing those everyday events with those you love most can bring you even closer together. We also wanted you to be empowered to share authentic content, without filters or edits, so that your loved ones could experience the events of your everyday in a manner that’s as close to how you actually experienced them. And we wanted you to be able to do all of this in real-time — so you and your loved ones can live memories together.

Posting events is quick and easy. They are available only to your friends unless you choose to make them public. But posting on Ourglass is only half the experience. You can also live the memories of your family and best friends as they experience them by viewing, liking and commenting on their posts. “Likes” are private — only the poster can see them so there is no competition to only post the “best” pictures. Instead, you and your inner circle can live each other’s everyday memories, as they happen.
