Talent, talent, talent
Nearly a quarter of CEOs we survey say talent, hiring, and retention is one of their key focus areas for the coming year. Just over half say enhancing data and analytics for inclusion in their products and services or their operations is another key focus area. They require talent too. Hiring and retaining talent came up as the second biggest challenge CEOs have in developing market-facing data and analytic operations. Skill sets in data science and AI is an investment area along with sales because these new offerings require, well, new talent.

Yet 60% of the CEOs we surveyed don’t have diversity, inclusion goals, objectives, or a plan they’re operating against.
Talent, talent, talent. In any business today it’s as powerful as what location, location, location is to the real estate sector. With it everything is.
