Who do you give credit for your life today? Today, more people are focused on what they did to make the big shot, hit the home run, or win the fight. People usually credit their hard work, quick thinking, knowing the right people, or even luck for their actions. Even if some of this is true, like how hard you’ve worked, the question becomes: who made this happen?

If we see a pattern emerge, the building blocks may already be in place; all we have to do is arrange them in the order we think is correct?

Nonetheless, our desires and wants may impact the decision. What happens if the wrong block is placed? The structure collapses, and a reset occurs. This is why obeying what the Lord has asked us to do is so important. His plan for our life cannot be altered or pushed.

Our lives are predetermined. We were created for a purpose, even if we don’t realize it. The foundation has been laid for us, and the Lord has provided the building blocks for us. Consider the game Tetris, and if you are too young, check out the App Store. I’m sure there are games in there somewhere.

Tetris is a skill-based game in which players stack blocks on top of one another to clear tiers. The bricks come in various forms and sizes, and you, the player, have complete control over where you place them. As one block falls, the next one in the queue appears.
