We Want to Believe: Sunscreen, Part I

As a man (with quite hairy arms and legs), there is no substitute for clear alcohol-based sprays. (I prefer Coppertone Sport, as it seems to have the least amount of trouble with the nozzle clogging.) Lotions of any sort end up taking forever to soak in (if they ever do), and most of the product is wasted by coating my coarse leg hair.
And even my wife (who does not have the arm/leg hair problem) loves the spray; it’s fast and easy to apply, dries quickly, and does not leave a greasy feeling at all.
The sprays aren’t great on the face, but they’ll do. The best facial sunscreen I’ve ever used was some Nivea-branded lotion spray that I got in Australia during a trip there.
