Your advice on keeping your day job is spot-on! Too many entrepreneurs DO quit their day jobs and quickly nose-dive into, at best, ridiculous amounts of credit-card debt because it’s very rare for them to build up the savings necessary to live while the business gets off the ground. And too many of the rest do not entirely understand the concept of opportunity cost and didn’t account for how much they needed to make to “break even” vs. whatever their day job used to pay them.
