Customer service is paramount for an coffee delivery company like ours. All of our work is based on trust. It’s how we connect with our customers on a personal level; how we settle their concerns; how we make sure they feel valued. That’s why, rather than having customer service representatives [or something impersonal like that] we have Customer Champions.

They know everything there is to know about your coffee, and how to get the best out of your brew. But it’s about more than that. They embody what Pact stands: that you should be able to enjoy the best coffee, fuss free, without any mystery or obfuscation.
