I have been doing lazy keto for a year. Lost about 20lbs. I often snacked on some of the kids carb rich foods at night.
About a month ago I started hardcore keto. I started putting MCT oil in my morning coffee plus a little heavy cream (I eat some dairy). What a difference I noticed. Yes, I am full until lunch and sometimes skip lunch a few days a week. I’m thinking much more clearly.
