I read the linked article. But to be honest, I’m a bit skeptical about this “5 interview quota” — especially when you’re doing interviews very early on, when you’re still figuring out your customer personas or before you have any physical product.

Five seems like too little to draw any insightful conclusions that would be reliable and significant enough to de-risk assumptions.
