Pairwyse Protocol joins Chainlink BUILD to accelerate adoption of onchain and user-defined smart contract development
We’re excited to announce Pairwyse, a game-changing innovation in smart contract development, has joined the Chainlink BUILD program. As a part of Chainlink BUILD, we aim to accelerate ecosystem growth and adoption of the Pairwyse protocol by gaining enhanced access to Chainlink’s industry-leading oracle services and support. By integrating Chainlink CCIP, Data Streams, and Automation into Pairwyse’s on-chain smart contract composition system, our users can create user-defined Pairwyse smart contracts underpinned by Chainlink’s secure, reliable, and battle-tested infrastructure.
Pairwyse will receive technical, marketing, product integration and business development support from Chainlink, helping to grow the Pairwyse protocol across multiple web3 ecosystems as a decentralized, cross-chain smart contract manufacturing facility. In return, Pairwyse will make 3.3% of Pairwyse’s native token supply to Chainlink service providers, including stakers, over time.
These mutually aligned economic incentives will promote cross-pollination between Chainlink and Pairwyse communities as part of Chainlink Economics 2.0 and Pairwyse’s decentralized smart contract development vision.
Web3 product developers, users, researchers and marketplace inventory providers with interests in DIY wallets, token systems, cross-chain economic protocols, RWAs and decentralized marketplaces are invited to join the Pairwyse community on Telegram and X.com.
Why Pairwyse is joining Chainlink BUILD
“In any contract, guarantees are paramount,” explains Akiva Dubrovsky, project co-founder and inventor of Pairwyse. “However, cryptographic guarantees via blockchains have a hard limit when it comes to commercial agreements that can be achieved by smart contracts alone. We’re changing that with Pairwyse, and taking it to the next level with Chainlink.”
Pairwyse solves a multitude of smart contract limitations with a single innovation: Embed a virtual smart contract inside an immutable smart contract, with on-chain compilation, interoperability and governance able to be managed via human-readable language. Whether it’s a wallet, token, protocol, capital instrument, decentralized rule engine or network governance, Pairwyse enhances smart contract manufacturing across cost, risk, security, and complexity aspects. Ultimately, Pairwyse expands smart contract use cases to include on-chain negotiation, contract development, and an adjudication medium for P2P economic agreements.
“That’s where Chainlink comes in,” said project co-founder Ashwin Tumne. “Integrating Chainlink CCIP will transform Pairwyse into a cross-chain smart contract manufacturing and communications protocol able to support a level of financial and economic contracting not currently achievable under the current paradigm of off-chain compilation and deployment.”
“We see Pairwyse as a game-changing innovation and opportunity to create a new contracting paradigm,” remarked Rebecca Spour, Managing Director at Minerva Valuations, a business development partner and advisor to the Pairwyse project. “By joining Chainlink BUILD, Pairwyse is poised to transform active management onchain, ultimately bridging the divide between TradFi and DeFi.”
According to first author on the Pairwyse research paper, Finn Juddell, “Traditional financial institutions are becoming increasingly interested in the possibilities of decentralized smart contracts. However, there are a lot of limits in how traditional legal systems and computer code on a blockchain can communicate. Pairwyse, through its novel innovations, provides this long-sought after bridge. With demand for RWAs set to explode, Pairwyse’s contracting medium and Chainlink’s decentralized computing platform is poised to revolutionize P2P value exchange.”
For web3 product developers, Pairwyse greatly reduces cost and complexity. Eugene Fine, founder of the DAOsign project and CIDT, a contributor to the Pairwyse codebase, explains, “What might take 500 lines of solidity code would be 50 lines of Pairwyse human-readable code. The beauty is no off-chain CI/CD or centrally-managed server is needed as both compilation and contract code governance are fully on-chain. Integrating Pairwyse with Chainlink CCIP will bring true interoperability to dApps, product customization power to users and greatly reduce web3 product cycles.”
About Chainlink
Chainlink is the industry-standard decentralized computing platform powering the verifiable web. Chainlink has enabled over $10 trillion in transaction value by providing financial institutions, startups, and developers worldwide with access to real-world data, offchain computation, and secure cross-chain interoperability across any blockchain. Chainlink powers verifiable applications and high-integrity markets for banking, DeFi, global trade, gaming, and other major sectors.

About Pairwyse
Pairwyse is an on-chain P2P-decentralized contracting protocol. Pairwyse eliminates centralization of smart contracting by making contract governance, instrument construction, protocol upgrades, agreements, rights management and scope enforcement a completely on-chain P2P process from contract proposal through to validation, approval and enactment of smart contract terms and conditions.
In addition to developing Pairwyse, an effort is underway to nucleate a DAO of web3 product creators under a decentralized marketplaces for on-chain solutions, instruments and opportunity discovery. To learn more about Pairwyse, visit pairwyse.org and join the Pairwyse community on Telegram.
