Blue

I met a boy blue
Blue boy he called himself

What it meant i not knew
I had no clue what he meant by blue.
Did he like the music blues?
Maybe he loved the color blue?
Perhaps he meant liberty like in the movie Blue?
He possibly meant he was the son of planet blue?
Or that he could only relate to few
Solitude was his rescue.
If we had met again
I would trouble him with my questions
know what he meant for certain.
Until then,
the questions in my mind will brew
to put it at rest for now is my cue.
