11 Tips for Being Happy

  1. Suspend judgement. How you judge others is how you judge yourself.
  2. Make this your mantra — “Nothing Really Matters.”
  3. Wake up grateful and kiss your partner before getting out of bed.
  4. Always speak with love. A compliment is always welcome. (See #1).
  5. Meditate, meditate, meditate.
  6. Transmute negative thoughts by first observing, and then embracing them. Stop these thoughts from becoming your beliefs.
  7. Smile through your troubles - it changes how you feel.
  8. Think solutions instead of problems - does not include how to run away from your troubles.
  9. Know that everything is temporary. (See #2).
  10. Happiness is a choice, so choose to be happy no matter what happens. Then, everything else will fall into place.
  11. Never go to bed angry. Always cuddle your partner to sleep.
