11 Tips for Being Happy
despite everything else

- Suspend judgement. How you judge others is how you judge yourself.
- Make this your mantra — “Nothing Really Matters.”
- Wake up grateful and kiss your partner before getting out of bed.
- Always speak with love. A compliment is always welcome. (See #1).
- Meditate, meditate, meditate.
- Transmute negative thoughts by first observing, and then embracing them. Stop these thoughts from becoming your beliefs.
- Smile through your troubles - it changes how you feel.
- Think solutions instead of problems - does not include how to run away from your troubles.
- Know that everything is temporary. (See #2).
- Happiness is a choice, so choose to be happy no matter what happens. Then, everything else will fall into place.
- Never go to bed angry. Always cuddle your partner to sleep.
