Yacht Charter Vacation: Your Essentials to Carry

Possibly, there are two kinds of yacht-holiday makers. One who starts filling the suitcase three weeks prior to embarkation date assisted by the proper packing list and genius space-saving methods, and secondly there are some who just throw a couple of clothes and accessories in a carry-on at midnight hours when next morning they have a flight. And, the most amazing part among the latter clique is- even then some of them pack just the right things!! However, not everyone can possess this magical finesse.
So, in order to be on the safer side and not letting things (that you forgot to pack) impact the fun-and-frolic of your cruise vacation to Greece, it is wiser to go with the specific list.

The must-pack items talk about both- no-brainer kind of things as well as the surprising elements.

Bookmarking this list would definitely assure you of your smooth and flawless sailing on the seafaring adventure- Greece.

1. Pack your carry bags: Keep a change of clothes, a couple of important medicines, a few toiletries and a personal transport onboard in your carry-on. This would help you in two ways: firstly, unfortunately if your luggage gets lost, you still have the essential things with you that would not trouble you much till the luggage is found. Secondly, if there is a delay in the delivery of your suitcases, you can at least check-in to your accommodation, take a refreshing bath, have your meal right away rather than waiting for the bags.

2. Sun block: Almost all yacht charter itineraries take you outdoors for long hours at a time and it holds intrinsic significance to use sun protection on the face and arms.

3. Emergency first-aid and regular meds: Create and carry your own medical kit not to fork over your arm or leg instantly. The moment you feel sick onboard, you have your remedy ready!!

4. Night light and dry bag: On a yacht charter, cabins can be pitch-black — when lights go out — the reason being their blackout drapes and tight fitting doorways!! So, do not forget to pick up a nightlight from the grocery store near your place, whenever planning for a cruise next time. Secondly, also carry a dry bag as your shore excursion daypack!! Use the watertight bag while you transfer from yacht charter to the tender and tender to the shore.
5. Remember the documents- basic and important ones: Necessary IDs and yacht charter documents…packed?? Yes?? Oh, great!! But, make sure you didn’t pack them in your checked luggage. Plus, also check out in advance if you need any visas or immunizations for the region you are heading to. Prepare well and fun unlimited!!
