Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out ~ Robert Collier

The mantra to success is not only discipline, hard work or consistency, but the core qualities that help you become one.

The way of dealing with every situation on your success journey is different for different people. There are some traits the most successful people have in common. Be it Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Ratan Tata, etc. they follow these strategies to attract success, wealth, etc.

Earning money or being able to tell people about your profession is not being successful. The success must make you different from any other person. There must be something special in your journey that inspires people. That is why those 1% people are different from everyone in the chapter of success.

I researched the topic thoroughly. Here, I have gathered the powerful points that can make you good to great.

1. NEGLECT IGNORING, DO PRACTICE:-

Being behind in something is common. No one is born with their expert self. No one can be perfect at every skill. There are some flaws in everyone that make them differently recognised.

Either the valued people are not born with it but they follow the term ‘practice’ which helps them to reach the goal. Building oneself to be perfect at something by practice is more important than complaining about it. Instead of staying unprepared, at least do something that will be helpful in future. Successful people seem to be successful overnight, but behind this, there are nights of practice, hard work and dedication.

2. REPETITION OF ROUTINE:-

I have seen most of the people be like Oh! I don’t have a routine, I wake up whenever I want or I eat what I want at any time. This can be considered the most time-wasting thing. This signifies that they don’t have a particular pattern set themselves.

Setting patterns is crucial as our mind only works in patterns. Let’s take an example, when you learn something at first it seems difficult, but with time it feels serene. The reason is that our mind gets used to the patterns of doing that specific thing. Repeating things every day brings excellence.

This routine can be written on paper, in a journal, or you can do it in mind only. The most important thing is to make a specialised regime that is suitable. Don’t try to copy someone else’s routine.

3. PRIORITIZE IMPORTANT OVER URGENT:-

Most of our life goes into doing urgent stuff. Some things seem top priority that why we overlook prime tasks. For example, Going to the gym is not urgent like there is no emergency to go there. Beyond this, it is important to go to the gym as it can be a home to diseases in the future. Learning new things is not difficult but imperative. Focus on things that require your chief attention.

4. MINDSET OF WIN-WIN:-

Often it is considered that only one person is going to top the list and the other is going to lose the battle, but that’s not an accurate concept. There is a buffet of opportunities across the globe that can never let anybody lose. There are unlimited choices in the world. Everyone has different passions hence able to achieve the very success in different fields. There is nothing called loss but it tells us that the thing is not made for us. We have some other things to work on.

5. UNDERSTAND BEFORE BEING UNDERSTOOD:-

There’s a huge discretion between both the terms. It is a human need to be understood by the people they talk to. Everyone is willing to be heard. Before all these things, one must learn how to understand, hear and appreciate. If you pay attention to a conversation then it will automatically come back to you. People will be eager to listen to you. It will impress them towards you and you are good to go to be heard.

6 CONVICTION ON TEAMWORK

Big things can’t be created by a single person but, there is a supportive and skilled team behind them. Successful people don’t believe in isolation but in teamwork. In the team, there are people with different mindsets who spread vast knowledge about the concept. A person can’t manage all the things single-handedly whereas a team makes work easy and brilliant. Teamwork make the dream work.

These all were necessary yet beneficial steps to transform into a powerful personality. I hope you find this convenient.

Thank you

Have a wonderful day ahead!
