A famous saying goes like this, “You are what you eat”. As funny as it may sound, it is most likely the truth. Try eating donuts for breakfast for 21 consecutive days and see what comes out of it. News Flash! You might start looking like a donut.

All jokes aside, we become what we think about the most. We become what we expose our minds to. And can I add that we actually become what we eat, what we consume.
