Ciao Daniele, thanks. If we can’t keep the whole workshop team inside a room for five consequential days then we propose to split the Design Sprint in two adjacent weeks (i.e. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday). We also usually compress the workshop agenda of each day (except day 4 and 5) between 10am and 4:30pm, in a way that people can handle urgent tasks before and after.

Pros: sometimes is the only way to let some busy people join; there’s some extra time for prototyping.

Cons: risk of de-focusing.
