Very good article. I agree to a large extent.

But you can’t fully automate everything, however tempting it might be.

For example, before letting your clients issuing a support request, you can automate a process that recommends possible solutions. But simply directing your clients to a bot that pretends to be a human would most likely make them very angry. It has made me for sure!
