STONE 런칭의 배경

판게아 스왑은 지난 8월 18일 런칭한 집중된 유동성 (Concentrated Liquidity) 기반의 AMM으로서, 높은 효율성으로 생태계 자본흐름 활성화를 이끌어내는 인프라 DEX를 지향하고 있습니다.

코어팀은 거버넌스 토큰 없이 프로토콜의 운영을 시작하였는데, 이는 런칭 전부터 토큰 판매를 통해 시장의 이목을 끌기 보다는, 높은 편의성과 강력한 실익의 경험을 먼저 제공하므로서 판게아 스왑의 실제 가치에 대해 확신을 드리고자 했기 때문입니다.

핵심역량의 개발에 집중한 판게아 스왑은 런칭 후 수 주 만에 1천만 달러 이상의 TVL을 유치하였고, 24시간 거래량은 3천만 달러를 돌파하였으며, 300%를 초과하는 자본순환율을 보이는 등 베어장 임에도 불구하고 뛰어난 성장을 일궈냈습니다.

이제 판게아 스왑은 클레이튼 자본흐름을 개선하는 인프라 DEX로 본격적으로 자리매김 하고자 이번 11월 중에 거버넌스 토큰 “STONE”의 분배를 시작합니다. 나아가 2023년 1분기에는 거버넌스 시스템 형성을 진행할 계획입니다.

거버넌스 토큰 STONE의 가치

판게아 스왑은 프로토콜의 사용으로 발생한 수수료 일부를 DAO 펀드에 저장하고 있습니다. 이 DAO 펀드의 자산은 STONE의 바이백에 사용되거나 커뮤니티 재분배에 활용됩니다.

즉, STONE 보유자는 DAO 펀드의 재분배 혜택을 누릴 수 있으며, STONE의 트래져리 물량 분배와 더불어 향후에는 거버넌스 구성원으로서 프로토콜 운영의 주요 아젠다 의사결정에 참여할 수 있습니다.

따라서 거버넌스 토큰 STONE의 가치는 판게아 스왑 프로토콜의 가치를 반영합니다. 덧붙여 STONE의 구체적인 토크노믹스는 곧 공개될 예정입니다.

STONE 이벤트와 거버넌스 도입 타임라인

2022년 11월, 판게아 스왑의 초기 기여자인 CP (Contribution Points) 보유자와 유동성 공급자들을 중심으로 STONE의 분배를 시작합니다. STONE 획득은 CP-STONE 교환과 STONE/KLAY 스왑, 마이닝 풀 유동성 공급을 통해 가능합니다.

2023년 1분기에는 거버넌스 시스템을 도입하며, STONE 보유자는 거버넌스에 참여할 수 있는 권리를 가집니다.

Background

Pangea Swap, an AMM DEX based on concentrated liquidity that was introduced on August 18th, aims to grow into an infrastructure DEX with improved capital efficiency on Klaytn mainnet.

The core team began operating the protocol without a governance token because, instead of drawing market attention through token sales prior to launch, we wanted to convince you of the true worth of the Pangea Swap by giving a powerful user-experience first.

Pangea Swap, which focused on the development of key capabilities and features, attracted more than $10 million in TVL within a few weeks of its start, also surpassed $30 million in 24-hour trading volume, and achieved a capital circulation rate of 300% despite being a bare market.

In order to establish itself as an infrastructure DEX that promotes Klaytn’s capital flow, Pangea Swap will begin distributing the governance token “STONE” in November of this year. In addition, we expect to establish a governance system in the first quarter of 2023.

Governance and STONE

In the DAO fund, Pangea Swap saves a portion of the protocol fees. This DAO fund’s assets will be used to buy back STONE or redistribute them to the community.

In other words, STONE holders can benefit from the redistribution of the DAO’s funds, and in addition to the distribution of STONE treasary, holders will be able to participate in operational decisions as governance members in the future.

The value of the governance token STONE therefore reflects the value of the Pangea Swap. The tokennomics of Pangea Swap will be disclosed shortly.

Timeline for STONE Events and Governance Adoption

In November 2022, we will begin distributing STONE primarily to early contributors who have Contribution Points, (CP) and liquidity providers.

• STONE may be acquired via CP-STONE exchange, STONE/KLAY swap, and supplying liquidity in mining pools.
• The governance system will be launched in the first quarter of 2023, and STONE holders will have the ability to participate in governance/DAO.

Q4 2022 | STONE Launch

🔗 Event 1. Pre TGE: APR Boost Event! (Nov 10–24)

• Pre-launch APR Boost event! Provide liquidity in designated mining pools and earn boosted yield.
• During the event, the reward is the same as the pair token in the pool. STONE is not given as a reward.

Event 2. Nov 21

• STONE/KLAY pool launch
• CP-STONE exchange launch (ends on Dec 31)

Event 3. Nov 24

• STONE distribution started in STONE mining pools from this point.
• STONE tokenomics will be shared shortly.
