Who is Jeffrey Wernick?
Jeffrey began his career as a student at the University of Chicago trading options and futures. He was the youngest Senior Officer at the National Bank of Detroit and later went on to launch a tech-focused venture capital firm. He created a hedge fund to invest in distressed and bankrupt companies and carried out balance sheet restructuring. In the past, he worked with Saloman Brothers. As an angel investor, his focus includes sharing economy, biomedical, human genome project, bitcoin and was always intrigued by the blockchain technology. His most successful investments in startups have been Bitcoin, Uber, and Airbnb.
