Great. Just one note . The writings of Marcus Aurelius Escaurus are always translated as “Meditations”. That is not how it reads in the original book, nor how it should be… Too many times when I compare the original and the translations there have been “excursions” or personal interpretations by the translators and the one who is missing is the reader.
Ta es eauthon means literally “things (notes) to myself”; it is a spiritual and behavioral (stoic indeed) diary, a journey, or better an agenda (things to do) on how to be.
