Dear JavaScript,
James Kyle

I see many comments to this great post telling the author to basically find a way to deal with this human behavior, and stick with it. This kind of answer is the reason why he had to write it in the first place: by letting the weight of the anger stay on us, single persons, who are weaker without any support, would just fuel the process, as it has happened negatively so far.

We should all try to control our comments when we are frustrated, and then ask people around to do the same. We should stop rewarding angry comments, as repeatedly pointed out here.

And No, this is not Facebook; in open source community and technology jobs there is a higher level of culture and reasoning and knowledge and we should exploit it by giving our endless piece of contribution. Every single day.

Thanks James for giving the issue a more detailed description. Keep it up the good work.
