Another wasted oppertunity. Three years to develop the visual identity!!! I will not comment on the cost or on the steps taken towrads the final result as I am not aware of the details and I am confident that an academic approach has been undertaken, however I can comment on the final visual result as seen by the public and i can assure you that the logo byitself is poorly executed and conceptualised. In other words, you did not get a good bang for your buck.
